3D Printed Bra insert and mini fan

A smart bra insert and mini fan concept that integrated with the 3D scanning and 3D printing technology, which aims to provide the ideal comfort and fit to all bra users, especially the one with breast rash or unfit bras.

Heat rash (miliaria) occurs when your sweat glands become blocked and sweat can’t be excreted through the pores. Instead, the sweat pools under your skin, causing inflammation and a rash. The best treatment is to cool off. Heat rash happens mainly when you sweat more than normal because of heat and humidity. Heat rash usually clears up without treatment.

What is a breast rash? A breast rash is described as an irritation and/or redness that is usually found on the underside of the breasts. The rash may happen when a woman wears an ill-fitting bra or because of excessive sweating.

According to a 2008 study published in the journal of Chiropractic and Osteopath, up to 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra for them.

Bra size is difficult to measure.

Breathing, posture and how thin you are affect the accuracy of bra measurements. Bras produced by different manufacturers have inconsistent sizing.
